Online Coaching?

With online personal training, you receive tailored guidance and support, ensuring every workout aligns with your unique goals. Your coach is always there to keep you accountable, providing consistent check-ins, motivation, and feedback. This personalized approach means you'll stay on track and achieve results faster, all while having a program that's fully customized to your needs and lifestyle.

What to expect 

  1. Introductory Session: We'll start with an introductory call to discuss your fitness goals, past experiences, and any preferences or limitations you may have. This helps us create a plan that's perfect for you.

  2. Scheduling: We'll work together to find a time that suits both of our schedules, with session options ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Flexibility is key, so we'll make sure it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Even if a more dynamic schedule is needed, we can always adjust as we go. 

  3. Customized Exercise Program: Along with coaching, you'll receive a personalized exercise program that's tailored to your goals. This plan will be updated every 4-6 weeks to ensure you're always progressing and challenged.

  4. Accountability & Guidance: Coaching sessions will take place via Zoom or facetime. During our video calls, I’ll provide guidance, answer any questions, and offer support to keep you motivated. We’ll track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to keep you moving forward.

  5. Ongoing Support: Beyond the video sessions, I’ll be available for questions or concerns, ensuring you have the guidance needed to stay on track throughout your fitness journey.
