Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to your fitness journey. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Sessions - cancellations/rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge - cancellations/rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $20 fee - cancellations/rescheduling made less than 12 hours before session will be charged the full session amount Programs may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund For complete details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions provided during the booking process
